GestureRecognizerというメソッドがあるので、それをいつものようにSwift Docsのコードを写経します。

GestureRecognizerはピンチや長押しなどを実現してくれるメソッドたちです。
以下の動画の後半(6分30秒くらい)に動いている様子があるので、参考まで

ピンチの発生のさせ方はOptionキーを押したマウスを動かすとできます。
